30% FLORFENICOL SOLUTION

INGREDIENTS:

Florfenicol: 300 mg
Excipients to 1 ml

USES:

• Poultry: For the treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal inflammation, pasteurellosis, staphylococcosis, and other bacterial diseases caused by florfenicol-sensitive microorganisms in poultry.
• Pigs: For the treatment of respiratory diseases in pigs caused by florfenicol-sensitive Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and Pasteurella multocida.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

• Administer diluted in drinking water.
• Poultry: Recommended dosage is 20 mg florfenicol/kg body weight per day, for 3-5 consecutive days.
– Chickens under 4 weeks old: 100 ml/300 liters of water.
– Chickens over 4 weeks old: 200 ml/300 liters of water.
• Pigs: Recommended dosage is 10 mg florfenicol/kg body weight per day (equivalent to 3-4 mL product/100 kg body weight) for 5 consecutive days.
