Povidone Iodine

COMPOSITION:

In 100 ml of solution contains:

Povidone Iodine………………………………….. 10,000 mg

Glycerin and purified water to make up to………………. 100 ml

USES:

• Povidone Iodine provides rapid, strong, and long-lasting effects.
• It has a broad-spectrum antimicrobial action, effectively eliminating most types of disease-causing viruses and bacteria (especially FMDV, PRRS, ASF, etc.).
• Disinfects dairy cow udders, wounds, and sores.
• Disinfects, sanitizes, and cleans the environment, drinking water, and barns.
• Decontaminates and treats dead animal carcasses.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE:

·       Disinfecting and sanitizing barns: Mix 1 liter of disinfectant with 100 – 250 liters of clean water, and spray evenly on the barn surfaces and livestock equipment 1 – 2 times per week.

·       Wound disinfection: Dilute to 1/2 of the stock solution and apply directly to the wound.

·       Disinfecting surgical instruments: Dilute to 1/10 and use to clean and wash instruments, catheters, and scalpels.

·       Disinfecting and sanitizing transportation vehicles: Dilute to 1/200 – 1/300 and spray evenly on the vehicles.

·       Disinfecting udders after milking: Dilute the stock solution to 1/10 and dip the teats directly.
