Iron Supplement
INGREDIENTS:
Each 1 ml contains:
Iron Dextran: 200 mg
Vitamin B12: 0.2 mg
Sterile Water for Injection: q.s. to 1 ml
USES:
• Indicated for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, hemorrhagic conditions, and other hematological issues, particularly in young animals. Vitamin B12 supplementation is especially recommended during erythropoiesis in piglets.
• Species: Buffalo, cattle, horses, pigs.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
• Intramuscular injection.
• Buffalo, cattle: 2.5-5.0 ml.
• Calves: 2.0-6.0 ml.
• Piglets: 0.75–1.0 ml at 3 days of age, or 0.5 ml at 3 days of age, followed by 0.5 ml one week after the first injection.
• Dogs: 0.5–1.0 ml.
